Inn Transitions formed in 2008 to address homeless issues identified by those staying in motels trying to regain stability in their lives.

For the last 5 years, Inn Transitions has been providing a guiding light for the transitional population of Flagstaff by filling their basic human needs and establishing personal relationships that help them rebuild hope for a brighter future.

An Inn Transitions Case Manager conducts intake interviews and develops a personalized Service Plan (ISP) for each individual and family. Through a strong network of community resources and faithful volunteers, Inn Transitions can help participants find support with specific life skills, money management, Internet use, job searches, local transportation and housing assistance.

Our goal is to help as many people as possible move from homelessness to becoming contributing members of the

Flagstaff community!
